中雙糖 1kg
中雙糖顆粒大小和白雙糖差不多大，但顏色為淡黃褐色，大約可以等同於大顆粒的台灣二砂。做法跟白双糖的一樣，不同的地方為中雙糖有加入焦糖色素，使其帶點焦黃色且有獨特風味香氣，但是並沒有像黑糖一樣的礦物質成分。
中雙糖比白雙糖更有風味，適合製作蜂蜜蛋糕、燒菓子（如銅鑼燒），也能搭配醬油用來燉煮烹調或醃菜。

中双糖（ちゅうざらとう）1kg
中双糖の粒の大きさは白双糖とほぼ同じですが、色は淡い黄褐色で、大きな粒の台湾の二砂糖に近いです。
製造方法は白双糖と同じですが、中双糖にはカラメル色素が加えられており、ほのかな焦げ色と独特の風味が感じられます。しかし、黒糖のようなミネラル成分は含まれていません。
中双糖は白双糖よりも風味が豊かで、蜂蜜カステラや焼き菓子（どら焼きなど）の製造に適しています。また、醤油と合わせて煮物や漬物の調理にも使えます。

Chuzouto Sugar (Light Brown Crystal Sugar)1kg
The granule size of Chuzouto sugar is almost the same as that of white sugar, but its color is a pale yellow-brown, similar to the large-grained golden sugar. The production method is the same as that of white sugar, but Chuzouto contains caramel coloring, giving it a light caramel color and a unique aroma. However, it does not contain the mineral components found in brown sugar.
Chuzouto sugar has a richer flavor than white sugar and is suitable for making castella and baked sweets (such as dorayaki). It can also be used in combination with soy sauce for stewing or pickling.
